Hi, I’m Lauren Gonzales.

I work with the moon, honor my body as a sacred vessel, and elevate my energy daily—and I’d love to show you how to do the same.

My mission is simple:

To guide, teach, and empower.

I help mystical souls rediscover their power, align with joy, and connect to their soul’s purpose—so they can consciously create a life that feels truly theirs.

So what led me here?

I once read: “Your ideal client is a former version of you.”

And that hit home—because the woman I used to be was drowning.

Anxiety.

PTSD.

Addictions.

Codependency.

Insomnia.

Insecurity.

No real sense of purpose.

People-pleasing.

Painfully shy.

(A list I once wore like an identity.)

Then came the wake-up call: a near-death experience that cracked me open and put me on a quest to really live.

To do everything I had been too afraid to do. Everything I had been told I couldn’t do. Everything I believed I wasn’t worthy of.

That led me to getting my first tattoo.

Traveling solo out of the country for a yoga retreat.

Enrolling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Becoming Reiki certified.

And eventually, reclaiming my power.

Me, now?

I no longer live at the mercy of anxiety, PTSD, or addiction.

I am confident, independent, powerful, joyful, and aligned with my purpose.

Reiki was the first spark, and it’s still the foundation of my daily practice. But it’s just one piece of the medicine I now share with others.

And don’t get me wrong—this doesn’t mean I’m “finished” with challenges. Life still brings me moments of pain and discomfort. The difference? I no longer give them my power.

I live awakened.

And I use my power to empower others.
